We are doing the following work

  1. Mechanized carbon dioxide welding of products with seams of any configuration.
  2. Manual TIG welding of steels, titanium and aluminum alloys with seams of any configuration.
  3. Automatic welding of girth seams and seams with complex spatial welds of steels, titanium and aluminum alloys. Dimensions of workpieces:
    • with horizontal axis of rotation, diameter of the work piece being welded from Ø10 to Ø600 mm;
    • seam length up to 1000 mm;
    • thickness of edges to be welded from 0.5 mm to 10 mm;
    • with vertical axis of rotation:
      • diameter of the welded product from Ø10 to Ø600 mm;
      • height of the welded product up to 400 mm.
  1. Automatic longitudinal seam welding of steels, titanium and aluminum alloys. Sizes of workpieces: diameter from Ø150 to Ø600 mm, seam length up to 1000 mm, thickness of edges to be welded from 0.3 to 4 mm.
  2. Manual laser welding of stainless steel products, refractory metals, titanium and aluminum alloys, and other metals and alloys. Workpiece dimensions: 200 x 200 x 200 mm.
  3. Automatic laser welding of stainless steel products, refractory metals, titanium and aluminum alloys and other metals and alloys, with complex spatial welds. Workpiece dimensions: X-Y-Z table: 500-300-500 mm.
  4. Automatic electron-beam vacuum welding of products from steel, titanium and aluminum alloys. Control over the progress of welding is carried out through a video system with display on the screen in real time. The volume of the vacuum chamber is 1.3 m 3 .
  5. Automatic argon arc welding of fixed steel joints. Dimensions of workpieces: workpiece diameter from Ø40 to Ø80 mm, wall thickness from 1 to 5 mm.
  6. Contact capacitor spot welding of parts made of non-ferrous metals and steels with a thickness of 0.05 to 0.8 mm.
  7. Resistance spot welding of steels, titanium and aluminum alloys. Sizes of workpieces: steel from 0.5 to 8 mm, titanium alloys and stainless steel 0.5 to 5 mm, aluminum alloys 0.3 to 1.7 mm.
